Welcome to Out of School Care with Panorama Recreation!
Registration for the 2025/2026 school year will open Wednesday, April 16, 8am. The Out of School Care program provided care for Sidney, Deep Cove, KELSET, Keating, & Brentwood Bay schools.
We currently operate After School Care on school days from 3-5:30pm for children Kindergarten to Grade 5, and work with SD63 to provide transportation from your child's school to either Greenglade Community Centre (Deep Cove, Sidney or ḰELSET Elementary Schools) or the Central Saanich Cultural Centre (Brentwood and Keating Elementary Schools). For the 2024/2025 school year, both locations will feature games, crafts and simple healthy snacks daily.
The fee is $350 per month and payment plans are available.
Out of School Care does not operate on non-instructional days or through seasonal school holidays. Separate registered day camps are available in lieu.
Children attending from Sidney, Deep Cove, and Keating Elementary will require registration with School District 63 Transportation as they will ride a school bus to our location.
Childcare Subsidy Benefit
Children who are registered in Panorama Recreations licensed childcare programs may be eligible for subsidized childcare through the Provincial Government.
Contact Jo Shand, Licensed Care Coordinator to assist in completing the Child Care Arrangement Form provided by the Provincial Government.

Supported Child Development
The Supported Child Development Program partners with families to provide consultation, staff training, and, when needed, additional staffing support to help children and families thrive in licensed childcare settings.
Panorama works closely with the Supported Child Development Program to ensure children receive the support they need to succeed in care.
If your child has funding through the Supported Child Development Program and you’re looking to register, please contact Licensed Care Coordinator Jo Shand. If your child does not have funding but could benefit from additional support, please reach out to us. We will work together to create a Participant Care Plan to help your child succeed in childcare.
