We are pleased to offer a variety of fitness classes including TRX, Spin, Circuit Training, Yoga, HIIT, Jazzercise and more.
Reserve your spot
To ensure our classes are offered in a fair and effective way, reservations will open Friday morning for the following week's classes (Sunday-Saturday):
- 7am for classes starting on the hour
- 7:15am for classes starting on the quarter hour
- 7:30am for classes starting on the half hour
Please note 24 hour notice is required for withdrawals to avoid being charged.
