Recurring group court booking are offered at set days and times, month-by-month. Booking of available time opens seasonally at time of program registration. At least 72 hours' notice required before first session of month for refund.

We are pleased to offer field and gymnasium facilities suitable for a variety of sports and activities, such as football, soccer, softball, volleyball, basketball and badminton!

Interested in recurring use of a facility space throughout a season? You’re in the right place!
Requests are welcome within the timeframes below, via the forms linked. Deadlines are firm. Requests received during an intake period are reviewed en masse, not first submitted first allocated. After an intake period closes, requests are still welcome but, will be considered within what availability remains.
Requests are reviewed per Panorama Recreation’s Facility Allocation Policy.

Panorama Recreation fees are reviewed each year under the Fees and Charges Bylaw. After approval by the Capital Regional District Board, updated fees are posted online. New fees take effect September 1 annually.
Please refer to the Policies & Guidelines section of our website for information regarding Panorama Recreation’s Code of Conduct, and private instruction and cancellation policies. Cancellation policies for seasonal and single use bookings differ.
Insurance Requirements
Community Individuals
Proof of insurance optional for low-risk activities (including low-risk sports such as recreational tennis, pickleball and badminton). Proof of insurance required for moderate and high-risk activities (including medium-risk and high-risk sports such as volleyball, swimming, hockey and lacrosse).
Clubs, Leagues, Organizations, Commercial Renters
Proof of insurance required. Level of coverage will vary dependent on planned facility use. Required coverage details will be provided at time of booking.
Attire and Footwear
To safely and enjoyably utilize facility spaces, participants are expected to wear appropriate, athletic attire – including any recommended safety equipment for the activity being performed. For court and gymnasium spaces, footwear must have non-marking soles. Cleats are permitted on fields.
Eye Protection
For squash, pickleball and racquetball, eye protection mandatory for juniors and strongly recommended for adults. Adult and junior eyewear available for borrow from Reception at Panorama and Greenglade. Players must bring their own for other locations.
Loaner Racquets, Paddles and Balls
We are pleased to offer the below loaner equipment at no cost. When borrowing equipment, you may be asked to leave vehicle keys or ID as a deposit.
Panorama Recreation Centre
Racquets, paddles and balls for tennis, squash, racquetball, table tennis and wallyball may be borrowed from Reception.
Nets and tables provided for tennis, table tennis and wallyball.
Greenglade Community Centre
Renters must bring their own paddles, racquets and balls (though a couple pickleball paddles are available for borrow from Reception).
Nets provided for pickleball, volleyball and badminton.
Sport Box at Centennial Park
Renters must bring their own paddles, racquets, balls and birdies.
Nets available for pickleball, hockey and lacrosse.
North Saanich Middle School
Renters must bring their own paddles, racquets, balls and birdies.
Nets provided for pickleball, volleyball and badminton.
With support and funding from Greater Victoria Canadian Tire Dealers, Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities gifted the Peninsula Recreation Commission a 13,200 square foot multi sport court through its Inclusive Play Project.
This accessible court, located at Panorama Recreation Centre, has sport and para sport lines for basketball, volleyball, pickleball and badminton (rotating schedule), plus eight basketball hoops (two adjustable).
Dead tennis ball, squash ball or pickleball? Broken racquet, badminton birdie, used overgrip or retired strings? Don't lob these into the landfill. Instead, deposit them in one of the Project Re-Bounce [PDF/280KB] [PDF/280KB] collection bins at Panorama - located in the tennis lobby or on-court of the indoor tennis courts.
Coming soon! Collection bins at Greenglade and the Sport Box. For now, dead pickleballs at Greenglade may be left on the pickleball equipment cart and we encourage those from the Sport Box to be dropped off at Panorama.
