A minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required between submitting your request and the event date.

Event requests received less than 6 weeks in advance may encounter booking conflicts, especially during peak seasons. All bookings are subject to weather conditions and staff availability.

Event Information

A minimum booking of 2 hours of operational time is required. Site access is required at least 30 minutes before and after your booking to allow for event set up and take down.

All events must provide the following a minimum 2 weeks prior to the event:

  • signed indemnification letter
  • commercial general liability insurance for a minimum of $2,000,000. ($5,000,000 for inflatables), naming the Capital Regional District as additional insured under the policy.  This insurance shall contain a severability of interest/cross liability clause..

Our Special Events trailer which includes the inflatable obstacle course and other games must have direct access to the site upon which the inflatable will be set up.  

Inflatable Obstacle Course:

  • requires  70 ft in length, by 20 ft in width of floor/ground space to be set up and cannot be set up in the rain or winds exceeding 24 km/hr
  • participants must be at least 36" to use

All bookings are subject to cancellation pending weather conditions and staff availability.

Territorial Acknowledgement
